In Ukemi training are three completely different parts:A - The moment of the attack itself (where we should attack completely).B - What happens after the moment of attack (where we have to take care of ourselves, follow the movement and look for the next opening).
C - The moment of going down in either a pin or a throw (where we to have to relate to being close to the ground).This Ukemi app will focus mainly on the last one – eventhough all this three actions can not be completely separated.When taking Ukemi we study our relationship to the ground.
